2022 was a year. One with EXTREMELY low lows and VERY high highs. And through out all of that, I realized that I needed to put a renewed focus on one thing: MYSELF! (Imagine that! haha) Through appointments with doctors, meetings with life coaches, long cry sessions in the shower, and many conversations with my husband, I started to put these four areas as a focus: Physical, Mental. Emotional. Spiritual. Once I figured out how to grow all of these things together is when things really started to change for me.
