In October 2019 President Nelson invited the women of the church to prayerfully study sections of the Doctrine and Covenants (25, 84 & 107) and other resources on priesthood power. He promised: “As your understanding increases and as you exercise faith in the Lord and His priesthood power, your ability to draw upon this spiritual treasure that the Lord has made available will increase.”  On March 12, just as the recommendations for limiting mass gatherings were coming out, I was gathered with a group of women at the Inklings event put on by Emily Belle Freeman. The strength I gained as we sat together, sang together, and learned about our ability to access priesthood power is sustaining me through these uncertain days. Some questions that have helped me in my study:

• What is the difference between priesthood authority, priesthood power and priesthood office?
• How does keeping my covenants help me in accessing priesthood power?
• In what ways can accessing priesthood power bless me and my family?
